International Women in Engineering Day

Every year on June 23rd, the world comes together to celebrate International Women in Engineering Day (INWED). This global event highlights the achievements of women engineers and promotes gender diversity in the engineering field. As we mark this special day, let’s recognize the trailblazing women engineers here at Viox & Viox!

Michelle Bollman

Michelle Bollman is the Vice President of Engineering at Viox & Viox. She has been with Viox since 1996. She began working at Viox & Viox as a co-op student while enrolled at the University of Cincinnati. Michelle demonstrates outstanding leadership and organizational and client care skills in her role as head of the Engineering Department. Michelle oversees the day to day operations of the engineering department, as well as provides design services to our clients.

Devin Ulrich

Devin began working at Viox & Viox as a co-op student in the Spring of 2020.  She now is a Design Engineer and has proved to be a very fast learner and has jumped right in on a variety of projects.  Devin’s friendly and easy-going personality makes her a perfect fit for us!

Mary Etingher

Mary began her career with Viox & Viox as a co-op employee. She now has over 30 years of experience as a Civil Design Technician with Viox & Viox. Mary is very versatile, with extensive experience in boundary surveys, construction staking, and civil design. Mary is also a registered Professional Land Surveyor.

Janet Wilson

Janet began her career at Viox & Viox as a Civil Design Technician in January 2021. She came to Viox with 28 prior years experience preparing construction plans and survey documents.

International Women in Engineering Day is more than just a celebration; it’s a call to action. By recognizing the achievements of women in engineering and working to remove the barriers they face, we can build a more inclusive and innovative future.
