ABOUT MICHELLE

Michelle Bollman is the Vice President of Engineering at Viox & Viox and has been with the firm since 1996. She began her career at Viox and Viox as a co-op student while attending the University of Cincinnati and has since grown into a key leadership role. As head of the Engineering Department, Michelle oversees day-to-day operations and continues to provide design services to clients. Her expertise spans general civil site design, water main and sanitary sewer design, storm sewer systems, and street reconstruction projects. Known for her strong leadership, organization, and client-focused approach, Michelle plays a vital role in the firm’s success. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
