Viox & Viox was hired by Dermody Properties to provide surveying, civil engineering, traffic engineering, landscape architecture, and construction administration services for this 898,560 square foot logistics center building on CVG Site 3A. The building is the largest single warehouse in the Northern Kentucky area and is currently being leased by Wayfair, Inc. The building features 71 dock doors. Viox & Viox provided permitting services with submittals to the Federal Aviation Administration and Kentucky Airport Zoning Commission. Construction began in October 2015 and was completed in April 2016.
