Viox and Viox provided multiple services for the TownePlace Suites hotel in Florence. This project required Viox & Viox to acquire approval from the Boone County Planning Commission and the City of Florence. Once the zoning requirements were met, our surveyors and engineers provided services to prepare the property for construction.

The hotel sits on a site of approximately 3.24 acres of land. The hotel is an impressive 63,900 square feet with 105 rooms. The site owner, Keystone Hotel Group, recognized a need for more hotels in the area following an increase in both tourism and business travel in the Florence area. Located just down the street from the Turfway Park racetrack and several shopping centers, this hotel will be perfect for newcomers to the Florence area.

Construction on the hotel was completed in early 2022 and it has since opened.
