about Union Promenade UDF

Viox & Viox was proud to partner with Thomas J. Ackermann Co., Inc to complete the UDF at the Union Promenade located in Union, Kentucky. We worked closely with K4 Architecture and Meierjohan Building Group to make this project come to life. Opened in early 2024, this project involved a comprehensive range of services, including a topographic survey, preliminary civil design, and preparation of the site plan, which encompassed the retail store, gas pumps, parking areas, and more. Our team also handled fine grading, storm sewer design, and erosion control, ensuring compliance with storm water quality requirements.

In addition to these technical services, we coordinated with the Boone County Planning Commission and Boone County Water District to secure the necessary permits and approvals. Our landscaping plan and as-built site plan rounded out the project, creating an inviting and functional space for the Union Promenade. Viox & Viox is excited to have contributed to this important addition to the area.
