Viox & Viox was hired in 2014 to provide land development site evaluation services for CVG – Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky International Airport. The goal of the investigation was to research existing conditions and communicate infrastructure improvement needs from a site development readiness perspective.  The benefit of the process was to gain a general understanding of development issues inherent with each property and answer critical questions related to the potential development of each site.  Through collaborative dialogue, it was possible to discover development opportunities and constraints related to each property.
