Viox & Viox partnered with the Paul Hemmer Company to prepare a conceptual plan for a development located on a 274-acre vacant parcel of land along Northbend Road (KY 237) in Boone County, currently owned by the Kenton County Airport Board. The Paul Hemmer Company is a premier provider of construction services in the medical, distribution, manufacturing, office, retail, and institutional markets throughout the region.
The development is located on one of several lots adjacent to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. Paul Hemmer Company will lease the property from the Airport Board to develop a business park which will include up to 10 total buildings for both commercial and industrial uses. The development will be called Airpark Logistics 237.
Viox & Viox has a long history with this site. Viox performed site readiness evaluations for potential lease parcels starting in 2014, which included this property, known as CVG Site 7. Over the years, Viox has assisted CVG and developers by providing design services to implement projects around the perimeter of the airport. Airpark Logistics 237 is a great opportunity and the largest new business park currently available for speculative and build-to-suit projects in Northern Kentucky.
Viox & Viox provided the survey, prepared the conceptual site plan and preliminary landscape plan, and provided zoning application and public hearing assistance. This project is currently under construction.
