Viox & Viox provided surveying, civil engineering, traffic engineering, landscape architecture, and construction administration services for Building # 2 at LogistiCenter at 275 in Boone County, Kentucky. The building is located on an approximate 20-acre site which is owned by the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). Civil design services included a site plan for the 264,000 square foot building which features 27 dock doors. Viox & Viox provided permitting services with submittals to the Federal Aviation Administration and Kentucky Airport Zoning Commission. Construction began in late 2016 and completed in 2017.
