about logistics park 75
Logistics Park 75 is a multi-phase industrial subdivision located on Mary Grubbs Hwy in Walton, Kentucky. This development was accomplished by annexing the 270 acres property from Kenton County into the City of Walton. The property is located within the City of Walton and in both Boone and Kenton Counties. The property went through a zone change application process to achieve the proper industrial zoning.
Logistics Park 75 includes five lots and was broken down into four phases. Of the five lots, four are reserved for industrial developments and one is reserved for storm water management. The first phase involved the extension of Mary Grubbs Hwy into the property and the construction of an 896,896 square feet industrial building on Lot 1. The second phase involved the final extension of Mary Grubbs and two industrial buildings totaling 776,820 square feet on Lot 3. The third and fourth phase will include the future development of the remaining two lots which will accommodate two buildings with up to 1,000,000 and 400,000 square feet of space. The storm water management consists of three earthen dams which create a series of detention ponds. Additional detention basins were constructed on each lot to help meet site specific water quality requirements.
