Raymonde Lane Property

Viox & Viox worked with the homeowner of this Raymonde Lane property to design a functional and visually appealing outdoor space. To facilitate grading and create a seamless transition between the lawn and entertainment areas, our team developed a comprehensive plan featuring Redi-Rock modular block retaining walls. Following an initial site assessment, we designed approximately 80 linear feet of Redi-Rock retaining wall to provide structural support for the main lawn and entertainment space. Additionally, four more retaining walls, totaling 240 linear feet, were incorporated to enhance stability across the property.

To bring the project to life, Viox & Viox provided a coordinated layout plan, detailed retaining wall plans with profile and section views, typical construction details, and a structural design report. The final design ensures long-term durability while seamlessly blending with the surrounding landscape, creating a cohesive and well-integrated outdoor environment.
