About arcadia

A joint venture between Drees Homes and Fischer Homes is a new residential community located off U.S. 27 about 1.5 miles south of AA Highway in Alexandria, Campbell County, Kentucky. The Arcadia subdivision includes a  mix of single-family homes, townhomes, patio homes, and condominiums. The neighborhood will consist of approximately 1,000 housing units that will be developed over the next ten years.
