Viox & Viox worked with The Drees Company to design a new mixed-use residential community in Erlanger, Kentucky.  Southwick is located off Narrows Road and consists of both single family and multi-family homes.  The community features a neighborhood walking trail and great views of the surrounding hills.

Viox & Viox provided surveying, civil engineering, landscape architecture and staking services for this project.  Prior to the start of residential construction, Viox & Viox designed the widening of Narrows Road at the new subdivision entrance. The Viox engineers designed two detention basins for storm water control and a sanitary sewer pump station.  The staff also coordinated all the utilities (electric, water, telephone, cable, and gas) with the utility companies during the permitting stage.  Viox & Viox’s landscape architecture department designed the entry feature and landscaped entrance into the neighborhood.
